Filip Zadro graduated in film and TV directing and editing at the Academy of Dramatic Arts and sociology and comparative literature at the Faculty of Philosophy. In 2022, he worked as the editor of a radio show about video games on the Second Program of the Croatian Radio (HRT). He is the director of several award-winning short feature films and documentaries. He has been employed by the Croatian Film Association as a cinema manager since 2023. (Kino Tuškanac).
