Maja Fišter, the editor of the Children's and Youth Department at Croatian Television (HTV), was born in Zagreb, where she completed her studies in journalism after graduating from Classical Gymnasium. She is primarily interested in the field of television content creation and has gained media experience as a reporter, host, author, and executive editor at Croatian Television, working in almost all departments, as well as on special projects such as the Eurovision Young Musicians, Škola na trećem, and others. As part of the creative team, she contributes to the development of HRT's platform for young people, Meeting_official_hr. Among other things, she is the screenwriter and director of the reality-doc series Udomi me and Divlja Zoona, the award-winning documentary Slušaj kamen, and the film Auto za Afriku. From 2015 to 2021, she taught Television Journalism at the University of Zagreb’s Croatian Studies. She is particularly interested in innovative audience-centric projects.
