Josip Jurčić, the editor in chief of the online film magazine Kinofilm, is a film journalist and critic with over 25 years of experience. He has published his articles in a number of relevant Croatian media outlets and has reported from the world's major festivals, such as Cannes, Venice, and Berlin. He served as a member of the FIPRESCI jury at the Cannes Film Festival.

He is a member of the Croatian Society of Film Critics, FIPRESCI (the International Federation of Film Critics), and the European Film Academy.
